In electric circuits electrons flows from Low potential to High potential. this is because all charges particles flow from higher to lower potential energy states.
Electrons are negatively charged particles, and by the formula potential energy= charge x potential, points at higher potential have lower potential energy for electrons. Therefore they flow from lower potential to higher potential.

In electric circuit electrons flow from high potential point to the point of low potential.
We know that monkey of particles are always for high to low here also the same law follows.
