Explanation:

Entrepreneur-

A person who invents something new and takes on the risks and benefits of that creation is known as an entrepreneur. From the conception of an idea to the launch of an enterprise, an entrepreneur does all necessary tasks. The entrepreneur is typically viewed as a creator of novel concepts, products, services, and/or business models.

Functions-

  • An entrepreneur's first responsibility is to create something new, which is always fraught with risk. Therefore, taking the risk is an entrepreneur's main responsibility.
  • To create a new product, an entrepreneur combines land, labour, capital, and other resources. He could therefore be described as a good organiser.
  • Innovation is one of an entrepreneur's other duties. An entrepreneur launches new products, implements novel production techniques, unearths untapped markets, and looks for fresh sources of raw materials.
  • Entrepreneurs take the initiative to start something new. He also assumes all risks connected with such endeavour.
  • An entrepreneur raises the money required to start his business. He declares where his money comes from.
  • When a new business is established, the entrepreneur is required to oversee its administration and efficient operation. He or she carries out all required managerial tasks, such as organising, leading, and controlling, among others.
  • An entrepreneur always has open lines of communication with a variety of parties, including consumers, suppliers, employees, the government, rival businesses, and others.
  • Entrepreneur distributes the goods to the actual clients as part of marketing activity. He or she therefore needs to complete 10 marketing tasks in order to keep running their organisation.
  • To meet the shifting needs of their clients, business owners constantly come up with new ideas for products.
  • The economic growth of a nation is heavily dependent on industrial production. It can only be ensured by technology. Entrepreneurs launch new businesses and implement cutting-edge technology, even importing from abroad.

Hence, we can conclude that Entrepreneurs are the ones establishing the enterprise.
