Fear of Fear

In clinical trials, the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for panic disorder has been demonstrated, but the mechanism for improvement is lacking. Declining fear of fear (FOF) or responding to a benign physical sensation is considered the basis for improvement caused by CBT. The research provides evidence consistent with the FOF hypothesis. Descriptive research has consistently shown that panic disorder patients are significantly higher self-declared than fear of physical sensation.

What are you most afraid of? Fear of speaking in public? Fear of intimacy? Are you afraid of being fat? Fear of height? Are you scared of changing jobs? Everyone has a different kind of fear. Fears such as rejection, success, failure, helplessness, loss of image What should I do if I can not handle interview refusal? Who judged me? What if I can not handle it well? if…? All these different types of fear boils to maximum fear. I can not handle it. No matter what happens and what I encounter, I can not handle it. That's all. I can not get rid of the feeling of losing my girlfriend. I can not respond to illness. I can not do it by myself. I can not get rid of all the money. I can not handle it ... This is the greatest fear for everyone. Does it sound amazing? The truth, if you know that you can handle what you want, what are you afraid of? A: Nothing! Let me tell myself every day - no matter what happens to me I can handle it

Today is the first part of the two parts about fear. I will discuss "bad type" of today's horror - fear of becoming a person we are destined to become. Some people call it "afraid of success" or "afraid of accepting". I am passionate about this topic and have worked hard on all of my life to develop ways to overcome this fear. Editor's recommendation: Here you can read the second part! I am not afraid to acknowledge that my fear of success has frozen my way in my life. For a while, I thought it was only me. Everyone likes to turn upside down in public. In our hearts, we are afraid to do great things of our imagination and dreams. We are worried about things we can not understand - usually including steps, parts of the process, and what you need to get the prize at the end of the trip.

As we get old we become scared. We are afraid to try new things. Fear of what other people think. Fear of failure All these fears make it impossible for us to achieve our dreams. But the advantage is that you can overcome these fears. Whenever you realize you are in a bad position, what is the worst possible situation? You will find that what you most care most about is not that bad. Forget the thought of others. People are living their lives. They have no time to think about you. People important do not mind, those who do not mind. Failure is not that bad. This is a foothold to success.

As a boy Tsotsi was innocent and content, living as a victim of apartheid. When his mother was taken from him he was left alone to witness his father come home and upon realizing the house was empty, he lashed out on the dog, paralyzing its back legs and killing the litter. This scarred Tsotsi and pushed him to flee home. This gang changed his identity; he became Tsotsi after several days with the gang participating in crime. He states: “My name is Tsotsi.” This transformation from an innocent boy to a hardened young man has resulted in him living a life of robbery and murder. He no longer has a use for past memories and his conscious no longer exists. He creates three rules: rule of the working moment (always be able to see his knife), never disturb his inward darkness, tolerate questions from no others.
