in an exam piyush scored 490 marks.if he scored 70% marks ,find the max marks

70% => 490
100% => (490/70)×100
100% means max. marks = 700

ceemon96: ok you can go that way also.. but what i did is the shortest method

maheshpriyacm: So, 70%of x=490. so x=490*100/70 . X=7*100= 700. Answer =700
