ANSWERS

Total Percent of Students passed = % of students passed in English + % of students passed in Math - % of students passed in both papers

= 80 % + 85% - 75% = 90%

This will give us percent of students failed in both = 100 - 90% = 10%

Which is given equal to 45

Hence 10% of Total students = 45

Total students = 450
