CaCoO3------>Cao+CO2

100gm---------->56gm+44gm

given 0.4 gm of caco3 yielding 0.28gm of Cao and 112ml of co2 .112ml of co2 is 0.22gm of co2 so 0.5gm caco3------>0.28gmcao+0.22gmco2 illustrates that total mass is conserved
