In an experiment , a solution of common salt and water is passed through filter paper. On the consequence of this , filter paper remains unchanged. Explain

this is becoz the salt gets completely dissolved in water to form a salt solution(true solution) and in a true solution the size of each particle is very very small..even smaller than the pores of filter paper..
