m = (5 + 0.15) kg, p = (5 + 0.2) kg m-respectively. Calculate percentage error in

We need to calculate the  percentage error in  the measurement of volume.

Using formula of volume

\dfrac{\Delta V}{V}\times100=\dfrac{\Delta M}{M}\times100}+\dfrac{\Delta \rho}{\rho}\times100

Put the value into the formula

\dfrac{\Delta V}{V}\times100=\dfrac{0.15}{5}\times100+\dfrac{0.2}{5}\times100

\dfrac{\Delta V}{V}\times100=7\%

Hence, The percentage error in  the measurement of volume is 7%.
