formula for such qstions,

youngs modulus(Y)= stress/strain

>> stress=force(F)/ cross section area on which the force is applied(A)

>>strain=original length of wire(L)/ change in legth of wire(delL)

so Y=FL/AdelL. Now simply place the values with understanding!!
