To Find,

Order for wavelength 480 nm.

Solution,

For the interference pattern we have the formula that,

y=(n×lambda×D)/d

So for this question D and d are equal.

12×600×D/d = n×480×D/d

⇒n = 12×600/480

⇒n = 15

Hence, 15th order will be visible here of the source is replaced by light of wave length 480nm.
