In an isoclese triangel if two sides are known, how can we find the 3rd side

Add the two sides given and from the perimeter or area substract the added number you will get the answer
1 st side - 20

2 nd side -20

3 rd side -?

Peeimeter = 70

20 +20=40

70 - 40 =30

3 rd side - 30
