let side of each side = x cm
hypotenuse= h=5√2
base=b= x cm
perpendicular= p= x cm
using phythagoras theorem,
(h)^2=(b)^2+(p)^2
(5√2)^2= x^2+x^2
25×2= 2(x)^2
50/2= x^2
25 =x^2
x=√25=5 cm
so length of each side is 5 cm
