let side of triangle =a
than a+a+21=81
2a+21=81
2a=81-21
2a=60
a=30
it means rest side of triangle is
30 .and another is 30

name the triangle ABC, right angled at B
given, hypotenuse :AC= 21 cm
also given, perimeter= 81cm
and it is an isosceles triangle,
therefore, AB=AC
ie, AB= 12cm
we know, perimeter of a triangle = sum of all sides.
ie, 81= AB+BC+AC
81=21+BC+ 21
81=42+BC
BC= 81-42
therefore,BC= 39cm
hence, the measures of the remaining sides are, 21cm and 39cm.
