Value of angle C is 90°. Using Pythagoras theorem, AC^2= AB^2+BC^2
AB^2+BC^2=AB^2+BC^2
So, AC^2= 2AB^2
AB^2+BC^2=AB^2+BC^2
So, AC^2= 2AB^2
