An isosceles triangle has two sides of equal length. Likewise, the opposite angles of the sides are the same

So lets assume each angle be x and the bigger angle be 2x (since it is twice the base angle)

Now, we know that sum of the angles in a triangle is 180 degree

So,

→2x+x+x=180∘

→4x=180∘

→x=1804

⇒x=45∘

Now the other angle is 2x which is 45×2=90∘

Hope this helps!!! ☺☻
