we know that isosceles triangle means that two sides are same and one is different

if the base is X then the side is 3 - x

Perimeter = side + side + side

That means

X - 3 + X - 3 + X = 24

3x - 6 = 24

3x = 30

X= 30/3

X= 10

Base is 10

both sides are 3 - X

3 - 10

= 7
