let the base angles be x.
then vertex angle is 2x.
According to angle sum property of a triangle
AngleA+AngleB+AngleC =180
x+x+2x=180
4x=180
x=180/4
x=45

so each base angle is of 45 degree and vertex angle is 2×x
2×45=90degree
