Given,
base of a triangle=4.5 cm
perimeter of a triangle =34.5 cm

A/Q
length of the two side be x
x+x+4.5 = 34.5 cm
2x+4.5 = 34.5 cm
2x = 34.5 - 4.5
2x = 30cm
x = 30 cm ÷ 2
x = 15 cm

for check
put the value of x = 15 cm
x+x+ 4.5 cm
15 + 15 + 4.5 cm = 34.5 cm

two sides are equal
let base of triangle=x
thus equal sides are [x+4.5]cm each
now perimeter=x+x+4.5+x+4.5=3x+9
34.5=3x+9
3x=25.5
x=25.5÷3
x=8.5
so sides of triangle are 8.5cm
8.5+4.5=13cm and 13cm
