                                  =122

each equal side = 61 cm

area = √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

s = perimeter / 2

  = 72

Δ = √72(72-61)(72-61)(72-22)

  =√72×10×10×50

   =√2⁶×3²×5⁴                                           [ after simplification ]

Δ=2³×3×5²

  =24×25

  =600 cm²
