In an isosceles triangle the vertex angle is twice the base angle .if the base angle be m dergee ,form an equation to find the angle of triangle.

then

  • a triangle measures 180°
  • ie,bace angel x + x and vertex angle 2x
  • ie,x+x+2x=180°
  • then 3x=180°/3
  • then x=60°
  • then vertex angle 2x=60x2=120°bace angels are 60°
