Let the base angles be x

By angle sum property of Δ ,

x + x + x + 15 = 180

==> 3 x + 15 = 180

==> 3 x = 165

==> x = 165/3

==> x = 55

The angles are x , x , x + 15

==> 55 , 55 , 55 + 15

==> 55, 55 , 70

The angles are 55° , 55° and 70°

Hope it helps :)
