In an orchad 1/6 of the trees are mango.if the total number of trees in the orchad is 360 .find the number of other type of trees in orchad

let the number of other type of trees in orchard be x
no of mango trees = 1/6× total number of trees => 1/6×360 => 60

therefore ,
no of mango trees + other no of trees = total trees

=> 60+x = 360
=> x = 360-60 => 300 trees

there are 300 other types of trees in orchard
