in an orchard,1/5 are orange trees,3/13 are mango trees and the rest are banana trees. if the banana trees are 148 in number, find the total number of trees in the orchard

Let the total no. of trees be x
A/Q
x = x/5 + 3x/13 + 148
Taking LCM = 65
x \:  =  \frac{13x + 15x + 9620}{65}
65x = 28x + 9620
65x - 28x = 960
37x = 9620
x = 260
Hence, there are 260 trees in orchard.
