let the total number of trees be x
so the number of guava trees will be 1/3x
and the number of banana trees will be 1/8x
therefore, the rest number of trees will be
x-1/3x-1/8x
by this the number of mango trees =x-1/3x-1/8x=117
therefore, x=216 ans

The orchid growing on the branch of mango tree get more light to grow and also, the mango is not harmed in any way.
