In an organization, organizational structure determines: [d ] (all of these)

  • It determines the level of authority or the administrative framework within which the organization operates. The level of authority is basically divided into 3 parts namely the top middle and the lower level management.
  • The responsibility of every individual is according to the task assigned to them and the kind of skills they possess.
  • Hierarchy is the official framework of the administration within which the managers are ranked according to their status and responsibilities. The person with the most formal and important authority is at the top of the hierarchy.
