Let the Number of male and female employees be m and f.

m=f-30%f

m=70%f

The number of female employees is more than that of male employees,

\frac{f-m}{m}=\frac{f-0.7f}{0.7f}\\=\frac{0.3}{0.7}\\=\frac{3}{7}\\=0.42857

The number of female employees is more than that of male employees with a percentage is 42.857%
