dents in 200m sprint and 10% of the students took part in the long jump event
,
5% of the students took part in these three events. Let's work out the number of

Answer:

No. of students take part in 100m race =

 \frac{20}{100} \times 780 = 156

No. of students take part in 200m race =

 \frac{15}{100} \times 780 = 117

No. of students take part in long jump event =

 \frac{10}{100} \times 780 = 78

No. of students take part in these three events =

 \frac{5}{100} \times 780 = 39

No. of all students who take part in events= 78+39+117+156= 390 students

No. of students didn't take part in any event= 780-390=390 students
