in Antartica do we need refrigerator if yes then why as its coldest place on earth?

Yes, a refrigerator maintains temperature, the food is not being exposed to bouncing or moving temperatures. Antarctica's temp. could freeze the food and then defrost the food and refreeze it. This leads to the food not being good anymore.
