Now, a + 10d = 41 ----(1)

a + 13d = 46 -----(2)

Subtracting (ii) from (i),

Putting value of 'd' in eq.(1),

a + 50/3 = 41

=> a. = 73/3

Hence, 8th term = 73/3 + 7 x 5/3
