I would say the data is inadequate as the question has not made it clear whether the mother's opinion is derived from her sons'.
However if it is supposed to be derived from her sons' opinions then the answer would be 68 kg as it holds true for both statements: Greater than 65 and lesser than 72, and, greater than 60 but less than 70.
However it is still kind of illogical.
