Explanation:
As the name of the story best describes, "Sixteen" is a story about a teen girl and how she happened to meet a young boy and fell for her and how there was an emotional conflict in the girl's mind and heart.
There wad not any issue of conflict until a point where she met a young boy while skating and this guy promised to call her.
However he did not call her at any point of time and she felt like she was fooled by him.
She failed to understand at that point of time whether she should believe in his words, or not, as she was not a real fool.
They had met and he had indeed promised her that he would call her. lt is this brought emotional conflict.
