suppose it is an equilateral triangle and s is the midpoint of qr then according to pythograrous theorem and length of each side is" a "then ps will be equal to"root3/2a" then 2ps will be equal to "root 3a" so pq+qr+rp is 3a which is obviously grater than "root3a" this proves it
