let  ∠A = ∠B

and

∠C = 30 + ∠A

Let ∠A = x

Hence ∠A + ∠B + ∠C = x + x + 30 + x = 3x + 30

3x + 30 = 180

⇒ 3x = 150

⇒ x = 50

Hence ∠A = ∠B = 50 and ∠C = 80
