in board exam seal which we have to cut... by mistake the one end of seal was fully teared by me will there be any problem in getting my result

these paper written by you travels from your state to Delhi which is carried by vehicle, flight which get torn on one side .....
So most probably that will be not seen so clearly....
did u inform the invigilator , if.u did they may tell u some Instructions....
for the next exam, use a scale to remove the seal .....
then that's not a problem my mate....
