In board exams for class 10 , is there any NEW rule that we must attempt all the questions in an order?

No , at least I hav'nt heard about it .But I think u need to write the question number before answering the question the order doesn't matter as most students start maths paper from section D

No....there is no rule like that
But if u writein prder then it will make easy for the. Checker
And oviously checker will be impressed and may not cut marks unnecessary for neatness and cleanliness
