in bread making while adding the solution of yeast it is mixed with sugar , why? a) sugar makes the flour fluffy. b) to make bread sweet. c) the sugar is food for yeast they show budding due to sugar. d) sugar is used to dissolve yeast.

Yeast Converts the sugar to Co2, This Co2 produces bubbles which expand the dough and makes the bread to rise..
