when the plasma membrane of call's break down so its does not stop the entry of unknown particals into the cell bcz cell membrane is only the part of a call that called it's guard

Plasma membrane acts an impermeable barrier... It allow only selected material for entry... And if it is break down.. Anything it could be injested in the cell.
