In British Columbia you cannot take a picture of a man with a wooden leg. Why not?

actually according to the question they did not say any thing about camera for a good picture so :

we actually need camera to take a photo of a man. we don't need a wooden leg for taking a picture.

You can’t take a picture with a wooden leg. You need a camera or iPad or cell phone to take a picture......................
