In Buddhism, the "EIGHTFOLD PATH" teaches us with a set of concepts to enrich one's life and reach enlightenment.

It consists of eight practices which are as follows

1. Right view

2. Right resolve

3. Right speech

4. Right conduct

5. Right livelihood

6. Right effort

7. Right mindfulness and

8. Right Samadhi.

It aims to free one from all the attachments and from the cycle of re-birth.  

It is based on the teachings of a prince named "Siddhartha Gautama" who later attained the title of "Buddha".
