In C₂H₃Cl₂F, the bond dipoles are pointing towards the carbon atom in the first tetrahedral and they're pointing away (towards Cl and F) in the second tetrahedral. Doesn't this make them symmetrical? And if symmetrical compounds are non-polar, why might this be polar?
*I am aware that I asked this already, but I'm super confused*
