"In C4 plants, the Calvin cycle and the fixation of CO2 into OAA (oxaloacetate) are segmented i.e. separated operating in the various kinds of cells. This fixation will take place in mesophyll cell and thus Calvin cycle will take place in bundle sheath cell.

So in C4 plants,

for 1 CO2 molecule, 5 ATPs + 2 NADPH molecules are required, for 3 For 3 CO2 molecules, 15 ATPs + 6 NADPH molecules are required and for 6 CO2 molecules i.e. 1 glucose), 30 ATPs + 12 NADPH molecules are required.
