The process of decentralisation makes the lower level managers question their judgement and abilities. When given responsibility and decision- making freedom, they are challenged to develop solutions. In the long run, this does a world of good to their confidence and promotes self-reliance.

Answer:

Actually at the time of Big Bang... there was no existence of earth.

all the known universe was densed in a point mass... and density of that point was infinity.

the pressure and temperature was so high that it was unstable and a powerful blast occured which was called Big Bang..... it was about 13.6 billion years ago.

From that explosion our universe started spreading.... and it was so powerful that the spreading speed of universe is more than even light and it's continuously spreading with that speed.

then after 7.1 billion years after our planet started forming. At starting the pressure and temp was so much that there was no existence of life. there is not any direct relation of earth with Big Bang. The main reason of forming of earth was actually sun's gravity to which we are bound.

hope it will help you a lot...... it's not a spam....
