If the magnitude of any vector is more than the sum of remaining two vectors, then the resultant cannot be zero. It is in case of B) as 40>20 + 10

hope its helpful for you.

Answer:

Option (d) 10, 20, 40 is the correct answer.

Step-by-step explanation:

The vector quantity of same type from which the triangle cannot be form leads to non-zero resultant..

Sum of two sides of triangle < third side

a) 10, 10, 10

⇒ 10 + 10 > 10

Thus, option (a) is incorrect.

b) 10, 10, 20

⇒ 10 + 10 = 20

Thus, option (b) is incorrect.

c) 10, 20, 20

⇒ 10 + 20 > 20

Thus, option (c) is incorrect.

d) 10, 20, 40

⇒ 10 + 20 < 40

Thus, option (d) is correct.
