In CBSE Class X Hindi Board exams, questions come from NCERT or out of the book?

It would be from the book, but it doesn't mean that it would be just form the back exercise. Question can come from chapters, so u have to do all sort of questions within a chapters.

Questions are hidden within chapters so u have read the chapters.
