((156-x)/16)=((204-x)/24

468-3x=408-2x

X=60 the fixed charge.
for first traveler.
for 16 km charge is 156-60=96 rupees.

now for 30 km 6*30=180 rupees + fixed charge.
180+60=240 rupees for 30km.
