I Newton =100000 dynes. We use newton in mks(metre kilogram second) and dunes in cgs(centimetre gram second)

let the value of force in another system where the fundamental physical quantities are kg,meter, minute be x

then ,using the formula : N1 U1=N2 U2,

the dimensional formula of force = MLT^(-2)

100dynes/x = (g/kg)*(cm/m)* [ (seconds/minute)^(-2) ]

hence,

100/x= (g/1000g)*(cm/100cm)* [(second/60seconds) ]^-2

100/x = 10^(-3)* 10^(-2)* 1/60*60       {since 1kg = 1000g,1 m=100cm,1minute=60 seconds and here 60*60 because of square of time in denominator

solving we get, x=3.6
