in China election are regularly held after every 5 year for electing country's parliament still it cannot be called democratic country

China follows a single party system , here only the communist party is allowed to contest elections and hold power .
This leaves the citizens with no choice of representatives .
Hence it cannot be called a democracy because democracy must allow at least to parties to compete

This is simply because China is ruled by a communist government,where one person has the power of authority...So even after elections,people won't have any choice,as there is just 1 party which rules the country..That is why it cannot be called a democratic country..Mark my answer as brainliest
