In China, elections are held every 5 years. Inspite this, China does not have a democratic government. Why?

Though in China elections are held regularly , only one party wins it because china has a one party system, hence inspite of elections it can not be called a democratic country.

Top leader in China is not elected directly by every citizens. He is elected by the elected guys, similar as congress man, senators. In western politics, they DEFINE this not democratic. This view think president can represent people, while denies that other elected men like senator can represent their voters to vote.

this is so because a single party only wins in china. other parties never win and thats because of malpractices and fraud.in democracy the present government should have. a fair chance to lose .
