In china elections are held regularly after every 5 years but still we cannot call it a democracy why 5 marks

China cannot be called a democratic country as it follows the one party system which restricts the right to choose and many other rights. Over the years China  has been able to develop itself into a mix of  democracy  and communism. As far as human rights are concerned  China is still a communist country but when it comes to economy  China  has become sort of a  democratic  econonomy.
