In cities, shop selling organic produce are situated in economically more affluent localities as indicated by shop rents

Organic produce is expensive. In a country like India, it is gaining popularity, but very gradually, among the upper middle-class and the affluent society. Hence, shops selling organic produce, are mostly located in affluent localities and upmarket areas.
Organic food production follows organic methods such as avoidance of synthetic fertilisers, pesticides, usage of recycled water, packing material etc. The costs associated with these methods are naturally higher, than those for conventional food production.
This is true to some extent.
Since production of organic products is done very carefully without the use of any chemicals, they usually end up being more expensive than their non-organic counterparts.
Due to their higher rates, mostly the rich people are more inclined to buy them, because of which shops selling organic produce are situated in economically more affluent localities.
